Chip Farmer, the Owner and General Contractor, will provide you with one-on-one service throughout the construction of your home. You can have peace of mind knowing that the Owner is handling your day to day work on your home. Chip was born and raised in Charlotte. He graduated from Charlotte Latin School and earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. Returning to Charlotte after college, Chip has been in the construction industry every since.
