This Renovated home was originally 1800 s.f.ranch and was converted to a 4000 s.f. 2 story. SCCH raised the first floor ceilings to 10', added a second floor with 9' ceilings, added a large family room on the back of the home, & enlarged the kitchen and orignal bathrooms. All of the electrical,HVAC, plumbing, & windows were changed out with brand new equipment installed. SCCH added crown moldings throughout the entire home, a custom gourmet kitchen with island & SS appliances, granite countertops in bathrooms and kitchen, custom stone floors in all the bathrooms, custom 8 x 8 master bath shower w/ bench seat, jacuzzi tub in guestbath, 3 bedrooms on the second floor & a HUGE bonus room, 2 fireplaces, hardwood floors througout, a hardwood floor stair case with iron railings, and custom painting throughout.
