SCCH used the orignal foundation with only minor adjustments when designing this home. This home was converted from a 2000 s.f. ranch to a 4600 s.f. two-story home. This home was taken down to the foundation and all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, sheetrock, framing etc. was used. Basically, this home is new construction fromt he foundation up. Archetectural features include 10'6 ceilings on the first floor, 9' ceilings on the second floor, dome ceiling with accent lighting, coffered ceiling, double trey ceiling, triple trey ceiling with accent lighting, vaulted ceilings, & custom light fixtures. An oversized 2 car garage with bonus room and full bath above the garage complete this fantastic home!
