Southern Classic Custom Homes was hired to design the changes the clients wanted made to their existing home. SCCH was able to take their ideas and put together a floor plan that met their needs. SCCH was also hired to handle the addition and renovation of the home. SCCH is converting a back porch and carport into and extension of the kitchen space, a large family room with custom on site built wall unit, and a mudroom/home office with custom on site built cabinetry featuring a desk, cubbies, and electronics cabinet. This project will also include a completely new and enlarged kitchen with new SS high end appliances, keeping room, and a renovated hall bath. SCCH is also adding on the other side of the house to add an expansive master bedroom, master bath, walk in closet with custom on site built shelving, walk in laundry with cabinet and sink, expanded second bedroom, and a new jack and jill full bath. They are renovating the existing formal dining room, living room, foyer to feature a bigger foyer with closet, new dining room and second home office. The exterior will now feature a porch, new front door, circular driveway and a deck off the back of the home. SCCH will handle all design work, planning & construction. SCCH was able to start most of the work on the home while the clients remained comfortably in their home to help them save money and less time in an appartment.
