PLANNING AND ESTIMATING
* If you already have plans we can generate an estimate based on your plans and specs within 72 hours.
* If you need help designing your project we can handle all of the design work and engineering necessary for your project. We will work directly with you to create exactly what you want. Then based on these plans we will generate an estimate within 72 hours.
* We can also generate a rough estimates based on different scenarios to allow you to be aware of the costs while making your decisions during the design process.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
* We will handle everything from planning, to permitting, to the actual construction, to the final move in ready product.
* We can also do partial projects where we handle selected portions of a project and either you or another contractor handles the rest. For example, you may want to hire us to make structural components of the project and allow you the homeowner handle all the cosmetic item (painting, tile etc.) This option works well for the ?Do it yourself? homeowner.
FEES AND MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
* Fixed Cost Pricing- We offer guaranteed Fixed Cost Pricing based on estimates, plans, and specifications. You will not have to worry about changing market prices for labor or materials, your price will not change. This is ideal for projects where all the plans and specifications are clearly set and multiple changes are not anticipated.
* Cost Plus Pricing- We offer Cost Plus Pricing where we charge a fee which is a percentage of the costs of the project. This is ideal for projects where many changes are anticipated and all finish selections are still uncertain.
* Fixed Fee Pricing- We offer Fixed Fee Pricing on smaller jobs that have unique situations.
