Clients contacted SCCH again (SCCH Custom Built this home) to renovate their home to feature a new master bathroom and closet that had a bigger shower, sauna, more cabinets and make it up to date looking. They wanted to add a climate controlled wine room, excercise room, office with custom cabientry, and to redesign areas on the main floor to make it more current. They wanted to reconfigure the layout of the pantry and side entrance to the home to feature a mud room/home office as well as a large pantry and to add a door to close it off from being seen from the kiotchena dn dining room. They also wanted to have a home theatre and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Custom cabinets needed to be put in the game room. Exterior work included slate floors on walk out balconies, and replace garage doors.
SCCH gutted and removed studs to re-design their current bathroom. All new cabinets, marble, granite countertops, fauncet fixtures, mirrors, lighting, custom glass designer work on walls, new jetted bath tub, new toilet room was framed and completed, a sauna was added as well as a 15 x 10 shower with his and her full body shower spray systems. SCCH removed walls to re-design their new closet. A custom designed closet system was put in. SCCH designed and installed their new climate control wine room that features custom glass art with backlighting and a custom hanging light fixture. SCCH had on site custom built cabinets added to their study along with a spiral stair case to access second floor workout and music room. The excercise room had electrical, sheetrock, paint, custom mat flooring, and mirrors to complete their excerise room. SCCH designed the home theatre, built the second level in the theatre room, added all new electrical, lighting, added custom built cabients and glass backsplash as well as cubbies for all the elctronics. SCCH added a 3rd floor bathroom that had all new marble, glass sink, mirror, light fixture, faucet fixtures, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, textured paint, his toilet and her toilet, & granite countertops. Door knobs were switched as well as re-painting the entire home. Custom on site cabinets were built for the game room. New custom backsplashes were added to the kitchen and wet bar. SCCH removed walls and re-configured the layout of the pantry, and side entrance to the home to feature a large pantry with a new custom shelf system, a home office with cubbies, wall hooks, custom cabinets, granite countertops, 2 new doors, sheetrock, electrical, paint & crown moldings.
